This is Thumbs, so named for his opposable thumbs on each paw, the house cat.

There is also Callie, the calico cat we adopted when she got hurt jumping off of our fence. The vet, after fixing her leg, said she'd have to be indoors the rest of her life, or put to sleep. We chose the first option.
